The FIH Hockey Pro League is bursting back into action with a series of matches between the top teams in Europe over October and November and FIH will be there to cover every minute of the action via television, Watch.Hockey and social media updates.
In addition, we are also launching a FIH Hockey Pro League Show in which a group of expert panellists will come together to discuss the matches and analyse the action. The show will be broadcast on Watch Hockey.
Among the veritable galaxy of stars from the sport who will be joining host Sarah Juggins will be: Four time Olympian Marsha Cox of South Africa; Olympic silver medallist Rogier Hofman of the Netherlands; the Head Coach of the Spain women’s national team Adrian Lock; former coach to Hockey India, and current coach to Austria U18 men Cedric S’Sousa; USA midfielder Lauren Moyer; FIH Director of Sport and Development Jon Wyatt; former Head Coach and German national team player Jamilon Mülders; New Zealand star Shea McAleese, plus special guests.
The first matches of Season Three take place between Netherlands and Belgium women, and Belgium and Germany men and women. In the preview show on 11 October, listen to Jon Wyatt, Adrian Lock and Richard Stainthorpe as they talk about what we can expect from this season’s FIH Hockey Pro League.
Then on the 18 October, hear the guest panellists as they dissect the action and discuss the outcomes. For fans who tuned into the Daily Tokyo Hokke Show, expect more of the same debate, opinion and occasional banter, but this time with added action clips and even more lively discussions.
