The Congress is the supreme body of the International Hockey Federation (FIH).
It is formed by all National Associations that are Members of FIH.
The Congress holds ultimate and supreme authority in relation to the affairs of FIH, including sole and exclusive authority
The Congress may delegate any of its other powers to the Executive Board, and/or may refer items to the Executive Board for consideration and report.
The FIH Congress meets every two years to raise the global status and popularity of hockey, making it a global game that inspires the next generation.
