FOUNDATION LEVEL

  • Entry

    • To access this course you need to be over 16 years of age and completed the online Start Hockey course.

  • Overview

    • This is an eight (8) hour practical course.

    During the course you will learn how to act either as an umpire or as technical official with the help of a FIH Hockey Academy Official Educator who will supervise you while you perform your role during competition.

  • Delivery

    • This course is delivered by your National Association in partnership with your Continental Federation and the FIH.

  • Certificate

    • You will be awarded a Foundation Level Certificate upon completion of the course.

  • Verification

    • This course is verified by the FIH through feedback from the FIH Hockey Academy Official Educator, the candidates and other stakeholders.
