The USA Men's National Indoor Hockey Team has been named for the 3rd International Hockey Federation Indoor World Cup, held in Poznan, Poland, February 8-13.
The following athletes will compete at the Indoor World Cup next month: Kevin Segeren (Twin Falls, Idaho), Jason Wellings (San Diego, CA), Christoph Winter (Easton, Pa), Robert Schilling (Long Beach, CA), Thomas Krauss (New York City, NY), Moritz Runzi (Boston, MA), Pat Harris (Moorpark, CA), Steve Mann (New York City, NY), Sean Harris (Moorpark, CA), Steven Danielson (San Francisco, CA), Shawn Hindy (Lehighton, Pa), Pat Cota (San Francisco, CA).
The following athletes have been named as reserves: Jesse Larson (Westminster, MD), Jaja Kentwell (Spring City, Pa), Tom Staddon.
Nigel Traverso will accompany the team in Poland as Team Manager. Brian Britta will serve as the team's athletic trainer and Marijn Petermeijer will serve as video analyst and assist Head Coach Peter Jones.
Pat Cota, Pat Harris, Steve Danielson and Shawn Hindy will compete in their second Indoor World Cup event. All four men were members of the Indoor World Cup squad in 2003, held in Leipzig, Germany.
