USA Field Hockey is seeking a Marketing Coordinator, to assist with the management of sponsorship accounts and marketing strategies.


Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Manage certain key accounts of USA Field Hockey’s Sponsors, Suppliers and Licensees. Tasks include:

Fulfillment of partner benefits in USA Field Hockey’s communications materials in digital and in print.
Fulfillment of partner benefits at USA Field Hockey events
Fulfillment of specific benefits unique to each partner
Nurturing each client relationship, responding to client needs, being proactive in presenting partners opportunities to gain further value with USA Field Hockey.

2. Provide client support to Vendors for USA Field Hockey’s national events. Tasks include:

Maintaining reservation database
Answering client queries
Liaising with partner venues to ensure all aspects of the Vendor Village are properly planned and executed.
Responsible for working with Finance Department to ensure invoicing process is timely and accurate.

3. Provide client support to advertisers for USA Field Hockey publications.

Maintaining reservation database and handling artwork.
Providing editorial support for FH Life magazine.
Responsible for working with Finance Department to ensure invoicing process is timely and accurate.

4. Provide client support to Partner Camps.

Maintaining reservation database.
Answering client queries
Liaising with Partner Camps to ensure all benefits are fulfilled.
Responsible for working with Finance Department to ensure invoicing process is timely and accurate.

5. Providing editorial support and proofing of www.usafieldhockey.com

Working with Communications Manager to ensure accuracy of sponsor related content.

6. Part of the new media group

Playing a team role in developing USA Field Hockey new media initiatives including Twitter and Facebook to further provide value to partners.

7. Assist the Marketing Director in preparing sponsorship documents.

8. Managing market research projects.

9. Provide other administrative support to the Marketing Director.

10. Assisting other USA Field Hockey staff on a project basis when necessary.
