USA Field Hockey working alongside Firstgiving.com and the American Red Cross (ARC) has established a link for people to contribute directly to the American Red Cross Japan Disaster Relief Fund. USA Field Hockey will donate $2,000 to this effort and are hopeful that people will donate what they can to help reach the fundraising goal of $5,000. All donations are tax-deductible.

The Japan Women's National Field Hockey team is currently ranked ninth in the world and will be coming to the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California, April 21-30 for a five game series against the USA Women's National Team. Entry to all matches are free. The schedule for the games is as follows, with all times listed in local PST.

On Saturday, April 23, USA Field Hockey will present a check in the sum of the amount donated to the American Red Cross Japan Disaster Relief Fund to the Japan Field Hockey Team.
