The International Hockey Federation (FIH) is pleased to reveal the confirmed match schedule for the Argentina Hockey World League Final, which takes place in San Miguel de Tucamán from 30 November to 8 December 2013.

The tournament will see eight of the world's finest teams and is the culmination of a journey which began back in August 2012 when the first rounds of the competition were played.

The event features two pools of four followed by quarter-finals, semi-finals, classification and medal matches. Pool A will feature reigning Olympic Champions the Netherlands alongside England, Germany and Korea, while current World Champions and host Argentina face New Zealand, Australia and China in Pool B.

The Round-Robin pool phase will take place over three competition days from 30November until 3 December. Following the Round Robin, the teams will move into the crossover quarter-final phase, with the pool winners meeting the bottom team from the opposite pool. The #2 and #3 finishers will also face-off in the knock out quarter-final. From there, the winners move into semi-finals and the medal games, with the losing teams playing for placement.

The opening day of the tournament (Saturday 30th November) will feature all eight teams taking to the field. The morning session will feature matches from Pool A, with world number 4 England opening their campaign at 0900 (UTC / GMT -3) against Asian giants Korea. That match will be followed by the clash between eternal European rivals The Netherlands and recently crowned European champions Germany at 1130.

The evening session gets underway at 1830, with New Zealand and China going head-to-head before World Champions and home favourites Argentina play in-form Australia at 2100.
