Malaysian International Umpire Nor Piza Hassan was awarded the Golden Whistle at the SEA Games as she umpired her 100th Senior international game during the event.
The 37th Womens’ Umpire to receive the Golden Whistle, she is the first women from Malaysia to be presented with the Award.
Nor began her umpiring career in 1999 and over the last 16 years, her career highlights include; umpiring at four Commonwealth Games, 2009 Junior World Cup, two Asian Games and three Asian Cups.
