It is with great sadness that we have learned of the passing away of former Kookaburra Ian Pitt.
Ian will be remembered for his enormous contribution to hockey as a player and international umpire.
He umpired internationally during the 1980’s and dedicated decades to coaching and developing umpires in Australia.
A great lover of the game, his contribution to hockey will be sorely missed.
Our thoughts and condolences are with the Pitt family.
