The Charity Match, Netherlands vs. Pakistan, played on Tuesday 14 September to support victims of the floods in Pakistan, raised Ôé¼ 80.931,66 in total. The amount will go to the Dutch charity organization ÔÇÿSamenwerkende Hulp Organisaties (SHO)'. The match was organized by the Royal Dutch Hockey Association (KNHB) on request by the Pakistan Hockey Federation and the Pakistan Embassy. It resulted in an 8-2 win by the Dutch. Last week, another Charity Match between the Pakistan and the Belgian team, organized by the Belgian Hockey Federation (KBHB), raised Ôé¼7.000. The FIH thanks everyone who helped to make these charity matches a success for their great support and contribution.
