On Thursday evening, the Argentine Hockey Confederation opened its new headquarters, located in Avenida de Mayo 676-1st Floor - City of Buenos Aires.
Given the presence of many officials and representatives of the different outdoor and indoor national teams, the Argentine Hockey Confederation held on April2 8 the opening of its new headquarters. "This was a great desire that the Confederacy had for years," said President Daniel Marcellini.
"It's a credit to all, especially Las Leonas, because thanks to them and the excellent work they did, because this is a testament to them and they won the World Cup. Hopefully the move to have our own house, everything keeps changing for the better," said owner Mariano Becerra
Before, the offices were located on Cerrito CAH 348 (2A), but after this week the new headquarters are in Avenida de Mayo 676 (1st floor), in the City of Buenos Aires. The new headquarters has four meeting rooms, six offices, a reception and a deposit.
"I have great happiness. This was a great desire that the Confederacy had for years. We wanted this for many years, but for various reasons did not succeed, " said Marcellini. "The important thing is that this will serve for our leaders to do their work and especially for our players and coaches can come to conferences, meetings or simply to get together for a drink," said the president of the CAH.
Among the many officials present, was also the president of the Argentine Olympic Committee, Gerardo Werthein. "We are very happy, because we believe the Argentine Confederation has made a very important step," said the representative of the national committee. "All this is well deserved, because hockey has done much for the country and is one of the icons of Argentine sports," he said.
